You are amazing!
Although our job can be tough and we face many challenges daily, including the passing of our clients. In these difficult times it is important to remember what a great team you are and the amazing life altering difference you are making to not just our clients but also their families and the assistance you are providing to other agencies in the community such as GP’s and District nurses who could not do what they do without you. So next time we lose one of our amazing clients or are simply just having a bad day just remember how amazing you are and the difference you make.
NVQ's
2023 is a new year, are you ready for a new challenge and further your knowledge to empower you in delivering the best possible care? NVQ’s are a great way to gain further skills and knowledge. These can be completed along side work and with support of a tutor. Please contact your manager for further details.
Annual Leave
In 2022 we as team successfully expanded from 2 runs to 6, this with issues out of our control meant a lot of you have missed out on using annual leave to ensure we ran a safe service for our clients.
Excel management has decided to pay all unused annual leave rather than it be lost. You will see annual leave on payslips that you have not booked and this is why.

Star of the Month Jan 2023
Our teeny tiny Chloe finally recognised for having a huge kind soul. Going from brand new to care to being to a confident and compassionate carer and even passing her driving test in the process. Chloe is not only a great carer but a solid member of the team and certainly someone I see going far in her future.
Pancake Day
February is not only a romantic month but also pancake day and Ash Wednesday.
For extra brownie points with the boss he like sweets pancakes and Corned beef hash is my favourite.
Refer-A-Friend
Don’t forget every friend you refer to come and work with us, once first shift is completed; you will receive £125 then £125 once they complete probation this is per referral! There are no limits on this, just make sure they mention you on their application form!
