Looking back on the months gone by,
As a new year starts and an old one ends,
We contemplate what brought us joy,
And we think of our loved ones and our friends.
Recalling all the happy times,
Remembering how they enriched our lives, We reflect upon who really counts,
As the fresh and bright new year arrives.
And when we ponder those who do,
we immediately think of you.

Christmas Party 2022
Thanks for everyone who attended the Christmas party 2022. We had a ball watching the Moroccan fire show, felt a bit sick on the Waltzers at the fair and stuffed ourselves with the free food and drink.
Thanks to all for a fantastic year and we look forward to an even better year ahead.

Star of the Month
Ami has been with us for over 12 months now, she continues to be an outstanding carer always showing empathy, compassion and care for all our clients. Ami has recently shown a lot of commitment to her team including traveling out of area at all hours of the morning on buses to provide support to her Wythenshawe team. Ami is liked by so many of our clients and team at Excel.
NVQ's
NVQ’s are a great way to gain further skills and knoweldge. these can be completed along side work and with support of a tutor. please contact manager for further details.
Refer-A-Friend
Don’t forget every friend you refer to come and work with us, once first shift is completed; you will receive £125 then £125 once they complete probation this is per referral! There are no limits on this, just make sure they mention you on their application form!
